The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Quick service. Great location with easy travel links. Good restaurants nearby. Buffet lunch had a variety of delicious dishes. Rooftop restaurant had excellent food with helpful waiter. Reception staff went above and beyond to assist with train tickets.

Stay there and enjoy your Kochi weekend. Very easy to get from Cochin International airport, just 16 miles. Having access to the pool was great.

My recent stay in this hotel was fantastic. Its location is strategic enough for those who wish to explore the city. the room was well-maintained and comfortable. I enjoyed their delicious breakfast and appreciated the attentive staff. the rooftop pool area offered a stunning view of the surroundings. the hotel has a lift that is a great convenience for the elderly or anyone with mobility issues.
I noticed some disturbance from outside the hotel early in the morning.

Great experience, amazing pool on top of the hotel with a stunning view of the city during the day and night. Convenient location, as it was close to many attractions and shopping centers. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to please different tastes.
The hotel room was a little outdated and needed some renovations. The noise level at night was a bit high, which made it difficult to sleep at times. my holiday at this hotel was enjoyable. The pool and breakfast were the best aspects, however, the room needed improvement and the noise level was a letdown. Despite the drawbacks, I had a good stay and would recommend it to others looking for a convenient hotel in the heart of the city.

I had an amazing stay at the hotel! Starting with the location, it was very convenient and close to everything I needed. The staff was incredibly friendly and helped me with everything I needed, from arranging transportation to providing information about the city. Additionally, the cleanliness of the room and hotel facilities was impressive. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of dishes to choose from. I had a wonderful experience staying here.

During my Easter vacation, I stayed in a delightful hotel located in the heart of the city. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, making my stay memorable. The rooms were spacious and well-ventilated. The hotel offered a complimentary breakfast and a reasonably priced menu for other meals. The hotel's central location provided easy access to shopping and dining options, making it very convenient.
I was disappointed to discover that the hotel did not offer free Wi-Fi in the rooms. The Wi-Fi service was only available in the lobby, which made it inconvenient for me to access the internet from my room.

This place is fantastic! The manager here, Mr Deepu, went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. His knowledge of Kerala made my trip so much easier and enjoyable. He even gave me directions to a shop that our driver didn't know about, making our trip wonderful and successful.
The staff here tried to be helpful but lacked proper training in hospitality.
